 Newpaper cutting

Forest of Dean Green Party District Councillor and Cabinet member, Chris McFarling, has been promoting Green Party policies and values with his fellow Council Cabinet colleagues; and they are listening. At a recent meeting Chris succesfully convinced them of the importance of preserving wildlife and their habitats. They have agreed to contribute towards funding a campaign to protect Horseshoe Bats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. This multi party project will be manged by Gloucestershire Local Nature Partnership.

Here is Chris's proposal to the Council Meeting which was approved.
